Free standard shipping on all orders over $59 within the United States.

Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Express shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99 on all orders.

Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days. We ship from our facility and all packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order.

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. No brand logos, no product descriptions on the outside. Your privacy isn’t optional — it’s standard.

Returns & exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This isn’t us being difficult — it’s a hygiene standard we take seriously.

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. We’ll walk you through it.

Damaged or defective items: If something arrives broken or doesn’t work as it should, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace it or refund you — no argument, no hassle. Photo evidence helps speed things up.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
